For this assignment, you are required to make a new project plan for a project in your organization (or an organization that you are familiar with) to solve a current sustainability problem. The project plan will include the use of project management tools and techniques covered in the unit. You will need to consider the potential benefits of your project plan and the effect it may have on the local and global environment. Ensure that your work covers a critical review of relevant literature in project management. You will need to submit the project plan as an Individual Report (along with relevant appendices and supporting documentation where applicable).
